Hebrews 12:3–25 calls believers to endure hardship, receive God’s discipline, pursue peace and holiness, and listen when He speaks. Through Jesus, we have come to a heavenly kingdom that cannot be shaken.
Hebrews 11:18–12:2 calls us to follow the examples of faith, lay aside every weight and sin, run with endurance, and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus—the author and perfecter of our faith.
Hebrews 11:1–22 reveals faith as confident trust in God’s promises, demonstrated through Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, who obeyed God even when fulfillment was unseen.
Through Christ’s sacrifice, believers have bold access to God. Therefore, we must hold firmly to faith, encourage one another, reject willful sin, endure suffering, and live as those who draw near rather than shrink back.
