Role Overview
Refuge is dedicated to teaching youth about Jesus Christ. Our goal is to convey the practical truths of the Bible in a way that they can understand, helping them develop godly character and gain a full knowledge of Jesus.
Refuge Leaders play a vital role in building relationships and fostering community among our youth, for both Refuge and Conversation. We ensure the safety of the kids while equipping them with spiritual tools that will transform their lives through the teachings of Jesus.

**Background Check and Training:** All applicants must pass a background check and complete security training to ensure the safety and well-being of our youth.
